Your First Class
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU STEP INTO THE HOT ROOM
WELCOME TO SWEAT CENTRAL!
We offer several powerful practices under one roof: Hot Yoga & Hot Sculpt and Bikram Yoga. Whether you’re here to push your limits with beat-driven intervals or to find focus in the classic 26+2 Bikram series, your first class is the beginning of something transformative.
HOT YOGA & Hot Sculpt
Our signature Hot Yoga & Hot Sculpt classes fuse high-intensity interval training, muscle toning, and cardio with the healing benefits of infrared heat. Expect to sweat, move to the music, and build long, lean strength while improving circulation, flexibility, and core stability. Low-impact modifications are always available—making it accessible for all fitness levels.
bikram yoga
Bikram Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It’s designed to systematically work every muscle, joint, and organ in the body. The heat helps increase flexibility, promote detoxification, and sharpen mental focus. With consistent practice, Bikram Yoga improves posture, strengthens your spine, and builds resilience—both physically and mentally.
