1. General Terms

By booking or attending classes at Sweat Central, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Sweat Central may update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept the updates.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings and payments are managed through Mariana Tek.
• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Prices, packages, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

3. Memberships & Class Packs

• Class Packs expire as stated at the time of purchase. Unused classes are forfeited after the expiration date.
• Memberships may auto-renew based on the option selected at purchase.
• Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Class cancellations must be made through Mariana Tek within the posted cancellation window.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited class or fee, depending on membership type.
• Sweat Central reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other emergencies.

5. Studio Policies

• Please arrive on time. Entry may be denied once class begins.
• Phones must be silenced; no photography or video recording during class.
• For hot yoga classes: be aware of the heated room environment and bring water, a towel, and appropriate gear.

6. Health & Safety

• Yoga and fitness classes involve physical activity that carries risk of injury.
• By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit to practice and have consulted a physician if you have any medical concerns.
• You agree to follow the instructions of Sweat Central staff and take responsibility for your own safety.

7. Waiver & Release of Liability

By attending classes at Sweat Central, you release Sweat Central, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss/damage to personal property that may occur on studio premises or during classes, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

• Your information is collected and managed through Mariana Tek and is subject to their security protocols.
• Sweat Central will not sell or share your personal information and will use it only for studio-related purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
